In 2016/17 CMP were asked to create a spin-off series based off of ETV’s flagship telenovela, Ashes to Ashes. Broken Vows stars Ashes to Ashes star Mandla Gaduka. The telenovela follows a family run wedding planning business selling “happily ever after dreams”. But the lives of those who run it are often a daily nightmare. The cast includes; Enhle Mbali Maphumulo, Jo-Anne Reyneke, Nambitha Ben-Mazwai, Thapelo Mokoena, Nomsa Nene, Thembi Mtshali Jones, Shaleen Surtie Richards.
